Our meetings are normally held on the first Wednesday of the month beginning 12:30. Programs begin at 1:00 p.m. Meetings include a program or guest presentation followed by a light luncheon. Persons interested in membership are encouraged to attend as a guest. It is not necessary to live in Belleair to join our club. ALL are welcome!
The Belleair Garden Club's Horticultural meetings are normally held on the second Wednesday of the month beginning at 9:30 a.m. for coffee . The program begins at 10:00 a.m. Guests and potential new members are aways welcome!
Occasionally the program consists of a field trip. RSVP is required for most field trips.
The Belleair Garden Club offers a variety of Interactive and fun workshops for hands-on learning experiences, such as floral arranging, seed propagation, decoupage, wreath making, painting, and garden-themed crafting sessions. The Belleair Garden Club welcomes members and the community to attend our 2025/2026 Kick Off Meeting at our historic clubhouse in Belleair featuring a Presentation by the team from the 15th Street Farm. Discover how the 15th Street Farm grew from a healing garden to a thriving urban farm, empowering communities through food, soil, education, and connection. Question & Answer Session and a light luncheon will follow the presentation. Gather at 12:30, Program begins at 1 p.m.

11/5: Belleair Garden Club's 75th Anniversary Celebration - Special Event: Celebrating the Past and Preserving the Future! This year marks a remarkable milestone as the Belleair Garden Club celebrates 75 years of service! A Diamond Jubilee Gala is in the works to recognize and commemorate the history and accomplishments of the Belleair Garden Club. Open to All!
Festivities begin at 1 p.m. A light tea and refreshments will follow.
11/12: Horticultural Meeting. Presentation by Lela Kelly-- How to get your garden growing! Learn about Composting, Germinating, and Propagation. Coffee & Social at 9:30 a.m. Program at 10:00 a.m.
11/19: Horticultural Meeting. Presentation by Lela Kelly Small Space Gardening - Everything You Need to Know! Grow Pots, Grow Towers, and Container Gardening for Beginners, and Tips for Pros. Learn how to grow your own food in a limited space! Coffee & Social at 9:30 a.m. Program at 10:00 a.m.
December 2025:
12/10 Bellear Garden Club's Annual Holiday “Potluck” Luncheon – Open to Members and Guests. RSVP is required.
January 2026:
1/7: Presentation by Seminole Bee Farm Seminole Bee Farms honors a family legacy that began in 1970 with a father’s passion for bees. Their mission is to protect and conserve pollinators through sustainability, education, and responsible bee removals, rescuing and relocating colonies to give them a second chance. They are passionate about educating both children and adults on the crucial role bees play in our planet’s health and the art of beekeeping. Their delicious pure and raw honey will be available for sale.
1/14: Horticultural Meeting –The Importance of Native Plants to the Food Chain and Life on This Planet, Presented by Kathy Hefele BGC member and MGV

2/11: Field Trip to Folly Farms Nature Preserve in Safety Harbor. Self-guided field trip. There are picnic tables and gazebos for those who wish to bring lunch.

Summer Plant Swaps & Potlucks - Always popular!
Our Summer Gatherings are casual and non-structured. Summer Potlucks are held on the first Saturday of the month in June, July, August, and September at 11:30 am – 1:00 pm at the Belleair Garden Club, 903 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Belleair. These informal gatherings are a great way to get to know one another and learn more about our club. We ask everyone to bring a dish to share. (Savory or Sweet). We encourage all members to invite friends & neighbors!
In addition to the great food and conversation, we have a Plant Swap! A plant swap is a fun and rewarding way to exchange plants, cuttings, seeds, and transplants from your own garden to swap with others.

WEDNESDAYS at the Belleair Garden Club - LEARN HOW TO PLAY MAH JONGG! Mah Jongg is offered at no charge for members on Wednesdays 2:00-4:00 pm at the Belleair Garden Club, 903 Ponce de Leon, Belleair FL.
Come join us and learn something new! It's fun, good for the mind, and a great way to make new friends! Bring your friends! Non-Members are also welcome to come give it a try! Please RSVP to Belleairgardenclub1@gmail.com, so we have an accurate headcount for the tables to be set up.

The Belleair Garden Club operates the Treasure Boutique, which sells donations of items received from garden club members and community members to help raise money that helps supports the club and its philanthropies. The boutique is usually open 30 minutes prior to all Belleair Garden Club gatherings and events. Stop in and find a treasure!
