Rental Policies & Information

A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to reserve your date.
A staging kitchen is available for food preparation and catering.
Alcohol Limitations: You may serve alcohol at your event; however, alcohol may not be sold.
The clubhouse is a smoke-free facility.
Renters are responsible for returning the clubhouse to the condition outlined in the rental agreement.
Payment is accepted by cash or credit card.
