Join us for a creative evening with member and artist Pamela Harris Huff as she guides us step-by-step in creating two beautiful botanical greeting cards using watercolor and pressed flowers.  Refreshments included.

Program: Native Plants Made Easy: Florida Favorites for Your Garden — 

Presented by Wilcox Nursery & Landscaping.  Discover how easy it can be to create a beautiful, thriving Florida landscape with native plants. Learn how to choose the right plants for your space, add color and interest, attract butterflies and pollinators, and create a landscape that is easier to maintain. A selection of native plants will also be available for purchase. Don't miss this one! 

This is our Season Kickoff! Open to all. Refreshments will be served.

A brief Garden Club business meeting will follow the program for those who wish to stay.

Field Trip: Folly Farm Nature Preserve & Folly Faire, Safety Harbor

Spend a fun Saturday morning exploring the preserve, browsing local vendors and the nursery plant sale, meeting the farm animals, and getting expert gardening advice from Master Gardeners.  A perfect fall outing for garden lovers and nature enthusiasts alike! Admission is free. 

Pack a lunch and stay awhile — picnic tables are available so we can enjoy lunch together after exploring the farm. RSVP please to BelleairGardenClub2@gmail.com

Join us at the Belleair Rec Center Field for some Halloween fun! Bring the kids—stop by and say boo! Belleair Garden Club members will be handing out treats to trick-or-treaters.  Members- sign up to participate!

Florida Botanical Gardens Pumpkin Fest

Enjoy a festive day featuring a pumpkin patch, fall crafts, a scavenger hunt, children’s activities, and more. Bring the family, enjoy the festivities, and be sure to stop by the Belleair Garden Club table to create a fabric pumpkin to take home.  Something for everyone—and plenty of seasonal fun for all ages! Boo-tanical Plant Swap & Potluck
Join us for a fun afternoon of plants, good food, and a little Halloween spirit! 

Bring a plant, cutting, or seeds to exchange, along with a favorite dish or Halloween-themed treat to share.   Don’t have a plant to swap? Come anyway and enjoy the fun!  Registration is not required. The event is free and open to all, and donations in support of the Belleair Garden Club’s programs and community projects are gratefully accepted.

Hands-On Horticulture Experience — Snip, Root & Grow: Plant Propagation Made Easy

Enjoy pizza, salad, and good company before we dig into a hands-on evening of plant propagation. Learn how to turn cuttings into thriving new plants while helping us grow a beautiful selection for our February plant sale.  Open to all. Free for members; $5 suggested donation for non-members.

Simply drive up to the clubhouse circle and our volunteers will help unload!

Head over to the festive Belleair Bluffs Holiday Harvest Market, featuring local artisans, handcrafted gifts, seasonal décor, unique treasures, live music, and family-friendly fun.  Hosted in partnership with Candles for Caterpillars, this curated event celebrates creativity, community, and the spirit of the season, while supporting two local nonprofits. Town of Belleair Annual Holiday Parade & Party

More holiday festivities!  The Belleair Garden Club will once again participate in the Town of Belleair's Holiday Parade & Party, and we'd love to have a great turnout of members joining the fun!  The parade travels along Ponce de Leon and The Mall, followed by a holiday party at the Rec Center Athletic Fields, featuring bounce houses, food, crafts, pictures with Santa, cookie decorating and more! Belleair Garden Club members will also assist with cookie decorating. Member volunteers are needed for both events! Please email Belleairgardenclub2@gmail.com if you are willing to assist!

Horticulture Experience: Small Changes, Big Habitat: Supporting Pollinators with Florida Native Plants

Discover how small changes in your landscape can make a big difference for butterflies, bees, and other wildlife! Presented by Michelle Anaya, president of the Suncoast Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society, this engaging program will explore simple, practical ways to add Florida native plants to your existing garden and create a welcoming habitat for pollinators. A question-and-answer session will follow. Open to all. Refreshments will be served.

 Both new and experienced players are welcome to join our friendly weekly Mahjong games.  If you're new to the game, you'll find a welcoming group happy to help you learn. 

Wednesdays from 2:30–4:30 p.m. at the Belleair Garden Club, 903 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Belleair, FL 33756.

Members participate at no charge, and guests are welcome. Beginner instruction is offered periodically for those interested in learning to play.

Held throughout the year horticulture experiences offer opportunities to explore gardening, landscaping, floral, and nature-related topics through demonstrations, hands-on activities, seasonal gardening, and field trips. 

Interactive, hands-on workshops are offered throughout the year, with topics ranging from gardening and floral design to nature-inspired art, seasonal crafts, conservation, wellness, and more.
